Call-out-fee
This plan allows you to choose a contribution fee for repairs. You can opt for a £0, £60, or £95 call-out fee. Selecting a higher contribution fee lowers your monthly or annual plan cost. There is no call-out fee charge for your service.

Frequently asked questions
Home Care provides protection for key home emergencies, including your boiler, central heating, plumbing and electrics. Depending on your plan, cover may also include drains, home security issues and pest treatment. Repairs are carried out by qualified engineers, with parts and labour included up to your plan limits.
Yes. Both Home Care Complete and Home Care Plus include an annual boiler service and safety check to help keep your heating system running safely and efficiently.
Home Care Complete covers your boiler, heating, plumbing and electrics. Home Care Plus includes everything in Complete, with additional cover such as home security, lost keys, emergency access, and pest treatment.
If something goes wrong, contact our support team. We'll assess the issue and, if needed, arrange an engineer visit. You'll be kept informed throughout, from first call to completion.
There's no limit on the number of call-outs you can request, provided the issue remains repairable. The cost of each repair, including parts and labour, is capped at £2,000 per repair, subject to your plan terms.
A contribution fee is a fixed amount paid when booking a repair visit. This helps cover the cost of the engineer call-out and labour. Contribution fees start from as low as £0, depending on your plan and the type of repair. No contribution fee applies to your annual boiler service.
Home Care does not cover: Removing sludge or scale, or damage caused by it, pre-existing faults present before cover started, basic maintenance tasks listed in your appliance or system manuals (such as resetting controls, bleeding radiators or repressurising), indirect costs, cosmetic damage or malicious damage
If your boiler is deemed beyond economical repair, we'll contribute up to £750 towards a replacement boiler, subject to your plan terms and conditions.
Yes. Home Care is designed for customers who want wider protection beyond just their boiler. If you only need boiler cover, we also offer dedicated boiler protection plans.
