Call-out-fee
This plan allows you to choose a contribution fee for repairs. You can opt for a £0, £60, or £95 call-out fee. Selecting a higher contribution fee lowers your monthly or annual plan cost. There is no call-out fee charge for your service.

Yes. Your plan includes a full annual boiler service and safety check. This helps ensure your boiler is operating safely and efficiently and allows potential issues to be identified early.
No. We do not cover boilers that are faulty before your plan starts, or faults that are identified during the initial service or waiting period. Your boiler must be in a working condition at the start of cover.
Depending on your plan, cover includes your boiler, central heating system and heating controls. The Boiler + Heating Plan provides wider protection than boiler-only cover.
The plan does not cover: Removing sludge or scale, or damage caused by it, pre-existing faults, basic maintenance tasks listed in your boiler manual (such as resetting controls, bleeding radiators or repressurising), indirect costs, cosmetic damage or malicious damage
If your boiler breaks down, contact our support team. We'll help diagnose the issue and, if needed, arrange an engineer visit. A contribution fee may apply depending on your plan, but this will be clearly explained before booking.
There's no limit on the number of call-outs you can request, as long as the boiler remains repairable. The total value of repairs, including parts and labour, is capped at £1,500 per year.
A contribution fee is a fixed amount paid when booking a repair visit. It helps cover the cost of the engineer call-out and labour. You do not pay a contribution fee for your annual boiler service.
If your boiler is deemed beyond economical repair, we'll contribute up to £750 towards a replacement boiler, subject to your plan terms and conditions.
